We aim to achieve the $100,000 goal within the first 90 days. Some brands it’s taken <30 days, others it’s taken a little longer to achieve. It depends how quickly we can find your ideal candidates.

Motivation Monday’s: This is usually an NLP style goal setting session to ensure your team is setting themselves up for success this week and committing to what they will achieve. We will also review the results from last week and congratulate high performers. Sales people are competitive, this is the best way to get your sales reps performing when you might only have one rep or a small team. We encourage everyone to attend but it’s not compulsory. End of year prizes for high performers (no additional cost to you).

Tuesday:Role Playing Session. Not compulsory unless the Sales Professional is not hitting targets or not performing. For Setters who are crushing it, they can attend if they want to practice or get support.

Thirsty Thursdays: Role Playing Session. Not compulsory unless the Sales Professional is not hitting targets or not performing. For Setters who are crushing it, they can attend if they want to practice or get support.

Friday Finisher: This is for the rep to ensure their reporting is up to date. They’ve submitted their KPIs and explained what percentage of target they have achieved. They will also explain how they’re feeling about the week and what support they feel they need to help with next week’s content. All Sales Reps must complete this every Friday.

The results our clients get depends on the situation and the specific service we do for them. 

Here are some examples of results from our clients:

  • Jacque & Jeff run a Finance Coaching offer. They were doing circa $25-30k per month when we started. Funnily enough, they were also unsure if they needed a sales rep. By month 2 they were at >$100k per month in sales & asked for a second sales person. Soon to be 3.
  • Andrew runs a business coaching offer. He was at about 30 clients when we started and he’s on track to hit 100 clients very soon which was his dream goal and we’re now in talks with his entire international franchise.
  • Andrew (another Andrew) runs a business coaching offer. He was at 10% close rate when we started. Within two weeks it was 25% close rate.
